More tips and tricks:

*Wear well-fitting undergarments. It’s true that your

underclothes are the foundation of your look – it’s hard to look

good when you’re wearing flimsy underwear that doesn’t

support you sufficiently.

*Buy a bra that fits (women). Not only will a good bra helplift your figure and make you look younger, it’ll help youavoid backaches.

If you’re not sure what your size is, visit a very good bra store which have experts in bra fittin and sizing.

Tip: bras are measured according to your upper waist circumference (just below your breasts) and your breast/cup size, so when you see a bra of size 32A, it simply means waist is 32inches and breast cup size is A(small breast) while 36D means waist is 36 and breast/cup size is D(larger breasts),  the breast/cup size reaches upto H size for women with larger breast/cup size.

*To lose a bit of girth around your hips and thighs, wear low-legged, high-waisted underwear in a firm, supportive cotton.

*Make sure you have sufficient coverage. Underwear that’s

too small is not underwear you should buy. If you can’t

find the right size at your mall or local stores, look online.
